Nils studied mechanical engineering (holding a bachelor and a master degree) and has worked for TWI (Manufacturer of logistic systems for the press industry) for more than 25 years. He started as an engineer, before progressing to Head of development, and in 2007 took up the role of General Manager/Technical director. Beyond his work at TWI, he is a member and works as a volunteer vice chairperson in the regional chapter (link: https://www.bvl.de/en/nordbaden) for the BVL (German Logistic Association). Nils is keen to share his knowledge regarding logistic processes as well as technology.
